We are not a licensed financial advisor, investment adviser, broker-dealer, CPA firm, law firm, or tax adviser. Consulting sessions and site content relate to business building, tools, workflows, and creative/operational topics—not regulated financial advice. See our Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through:
- Our website and pages (including /privacy, /terms, booking sections)
- Online booking flows (including the HighLevel / LeadConnector booking calendar or similar schedulers we embed or link)
- Email, phone, SMS, Zoom or other video meetings we schedule with you
- Forms, checkboxes (including Terms acceptance), and cookies/similar technologies
- Analytics, hosting, and third-party processors we use to run the site
It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our Services (their own policies govern).
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
We may collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, business name, mailing address if you provide it
- Booking data: preferred meeting times, service type selected, notes you enter when booking, timezone
- Communications: emails, messages, call/Zoom notes, recordings (if a session is recorded as disclosed), attachments you send
- Billing-related data: if payment is processed by a third party (e.g., HighLevel, Stripe, or similar), we may receive confirmation of payment status, amount, and limited transaction identifiers—not full card numbers when processed by the processor
- Terms acceptance records: whether you checked that you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, the version of the Terms, timestamp (UTC), and related technical metadata (see §3.3)
- Any other information you voluntarily submit
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the site or use booking tools, we and/or our processors may automatically collect:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP
- Browser type/version, device type, operating system
- Referring/exit pages, URLs visited, timestamps, clickstream
- Cookie IDs, pixel tags, local storage keys
- Diagnostic logs (errors, performance)
3.3 Terms acceptance / booking gate records
Before completing a booking on our site, you must check a box confirming you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. When you do so, we record at least:
- Acceptance = true
- Terms document version or effective date
- Acceptance timestamp (ISO-8601 / UTC)
- Optional: page URL, user agent, and a client-generated acceptance id
We retain these records to demonstrate informed consent and to enforce the Terms. You cannot complete the on-site booking flow without this acceptance.
3.4 Sensitive data
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, bank passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal data via website forms or email unless we expressly request a secure channel. We do not seek to collect special-category data.
3.5 Children’s data
The Services are directed to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child provided information, contact us to delete it.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the website and consulting Services
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and conduct consultations (including Zoom)
- Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, invoices)
- Record and enforce Terms acceptance and related legal notices
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and debug technical issues
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety
- Analyze aggregate usage to improve content and conversion (where permitted)
- With your consent or as otherwise allowed, send limited marketing about our Services (you may opt out)
We do not use your information to provide licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any discussion of money, tools, or business outcomes is general consulting only.
5. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR or similar applies)
Where required, we process personal data based on:
- Contract: to perform booking and consulting services you request
- Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, product improvement, enforcing Terms, retaining acceptance logs
- Consent: cookies/marketing where required; optional communications
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, responding to lawful process
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers may use:
- Essential cookies / local storage: site function, security, remembering Terms acceptance so the booking gate works
- Analytics cookies: understanding traffic and performance (e.g., Vercel Analytics or similar, if enabled)
- Third-party cookies: HighLevel (LeadConnector) or other booking tools may set their own cookies when you interact with their embed or pages
You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential storage may break booking. Where a cookie-consent banner is required by law for your region, we will present it; until then, assume essential and functional technologies are used to run the site.
7. Third-party sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
| Category | Purpose (examples) |
|---|---|
| Hosting / CDN (e.g., Vercel) | Serve the website, SSL, logs |
| Scheduling (e.g., HighLevel / LeadConnector) | Book meetings; their privacy policy also applies |
| Video conferencing (e.g., Zoom) | Conduct and optionally record sessions |
| Email / communications providers | Send and receive messages |
| Payment processors (if used) | Charge for sessions; card data handled by the processor |
| Analytics providers | Aggregate traffic insights |
| Professional advisers | Lawyers, accountants, under confidentiality |
| Authorities | When required by law or to protect rights |
| Business transfer | Merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required) |
Third parties process data under their own terms. Review HighLevel’s (LeadConnector’s) and Zoom’s privacy policies if you use those tools through our booking flow.
We do not authorize third parties to use your data to give you financial advice under our name.
8. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) or your consent / necessity for the contract.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including:
- Booking and client relationship records: typically for the engagement plus a commercially reasonable period (often up to 7 years for business/tax records where applicable)
- Terms acceptance logs: retained for the period needed to enforce the Terms and defend claims (often aligned with applicable limitation periods)
- Website logs: shorter operational windows unless needed for security investigations
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive records
When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data, except where retention is required by law.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data (HTTPS, access controls on hosting accounts, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk regarding residual security risk.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK, California, other U.S. states), you may have rights to:
- Access a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data (subject to legal exceptions, including Terms-enforcement and tax records)
- Portability of data you provided
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising if we ever engage in such activity (we do not currently sell personal information)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
How to exercise: email Aisalesgenius@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” and enough detail to verify your identity and locate your records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We may disclose identifiers and internet activity to service providers as described above.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Our site does not currently respond to DNT in a uniform way; third-party tools may have their own practices.
13. Links to other sites
Outbound links (including the HighLevel booking calendar) are not under our control. Their privacy practices apply once you leave our pages.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or communicated by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
